The losing lawyer in last summer's acrimonious, heavily publicized child custody battle between pop star Usher Raymond and his ex-wife launched a crusade against the Fulton County judge who ruled in Usher's favor that has escalated to encompass the entire Fulton Superior bench. Lisa West, above, has successfully pushed Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane to recuse from eight cases.
