To say that Judge Terry Green didn’t think much of American Apparel ex-CEO Dov Charney’s defamation suit against his former company would be an understatement.
“You know, I think there’s a greater likelihood that I’ll be the first American astronaut stranded on Mars before [Charney] wins this lawsuit,” the Los Angeles County Superior Court judge said on Sept. 30, according to the transcript of a hearing on American Apparel’s anti-SLAPP motion to toss the suit.
