Rulings Cast Doubt on $300 Million Patent Claim Against Intel

AVM Technologies's $300 million patent case against Intel Corporation was supposed to go to trial this month, giving Boies Schiller IP chief D. Michael Underhill a chance to square off against Wilmer's Bill Lee. Instead, AVM lost a crucial ruling that derailed the trial, and possibly the chance for big-money damages in the case.
