Dismissals Don't Bode Well for Facebook IPO Plaintiffs, But It's Early Yet

It's up to Willkie's Richard Bernstein and Andrew Clubok of Kirkland & Ellis, who are jointly defending Facebook, to fend off a consolidated securities class action complaint due at the end of the month in the IPO litigation. A ruling this week dismissing related derivative claims is good news for the defense, but the case is just getting started.
