Orrick, Kirkland Aim to Revive Oracle Claims Against Google

Oracle's new heavy-hitting appellate lawyers, including Orrick's Josh Rosenkranz and Kirkland's Dale Cendali, told the Federal Circuit that since copyright laws protect a "Chinese menu or even a jingle," they ought to protect a programming language like Java.
