Three years ago, the SEC accused investment pioneer Bruce Bent Sr. and his son of lying about the health of their flagship investment vehicle in order to save their reputations as financial wizards. Thanks to John Dellaportas of Duane Morris, the Bents have now been vindicated, and further doubts have been raised about the prosecuting decisions that the SEC made after the 2008 financial crisis.
