Argentina's leaders have been trumpeting that they have no intention of abiding by a U.S. injunction that upended the country's plan for repaying its many U.S. creditors. So it's no shock that Argentina's lawyers at Clearly Gottlieb--who are in the unenviable position of having to explain Argentina's stance to U.S. judges--want an appeals court to undo the injunction.
