After about four hours of deliberation, a Miami jury decided that Toronto-Dominion Bank, represented by Greenberg Traurig, needs to cough up $67 million to an investor in Scott Rothstein's Ponzi scheme. Jurors found that TD Bank had knowledge of Rothstein's false representations to investors and helped advance the fraud -- the largest in South Florida's history.
