Center for Class Action Fairness Says NVIDIA Reneged on Deal to Replace HP Computers--And Class Counsel at Milberg Let Company Get Away with It

Under the terms of the August 2010 settlement for which Milberg was awarded $13 million in fees, NVIDIA was supposed to replace HP laptops with defective chips with like or similar models. But Ted Frank's Center for Class Action Fairness says the company is offering HP owners just a cheap Compaq laptop. And Frank says Milberg's doing nothing about the alleged bait and switch.
