Lawyers fighting to hold KBR responsible for allegedly leaving employees vulnerable to deadly convoy attacks in Iraq presented a federal judge with some eye-popping evidence Wednesday. "We will get people injured or killed tomorrow," one former KBR official wrote in an internal e-mail on the eve of the attacks.
