Microsoft Files Federal Circuit Brief in i4i Case; Weil's Matt Powers Responds to 'Improper Argument' Finding

Powers told us last week that he'd address Judge Leonard Davis's $40 million finding that his trial conduct was improper when Microsoft filed its appellate brief. And so he does. Microsoft's appellate team argues that it was Judge Davis, not the Weil Gotshal partner, who made mistakes at trial.
