California Judge Rules Against Am Ex Cardholders in Class Action

American Express may have lost one big class action ruling in the last two weeks, but it just won another. In a case defended by Boies, Schiller, the credit card company received a ruling that lets it off the hook for travel insurance refunds on plane tickets.
