Women with $6 Million in Business Are Closing Pay Gap

How much business does a female partner need in her bag to beat men in compensation?

According to newly-released data (see charts below) based on Major, Lindsey & Africa’s 2014 Partner Compensation Survey, the magic number is around $8 to $9 million. In 2014, women rainmakers actually made about $500,000 more than men in that category!
