    While I found the facts of Death by Stiletto interesting, I think you should apologize for suggesting that a woman who wears size 9 shoes cannot be diminutive. My daughter is 5‘4", wears size 2 or smaller clothing, and has a shoe size of 8. She is a very small, petite person. I doubt one shoe size difference would automatically transform her into a large person.
