Big Four accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers has entered the Singapore legal market by forming an association with boutique firm Camford Law Corp.

The 10-lawyer corporate firm was founded in 2009 by former Drew & Napier director Bijay Nawal and senior associate Natarajan Sundararaman. Nawal advises on mergers and acquisitions, while Sundararaman focuses on capital markets transactions and taxation matters. Director Adrian Tan joined last year from Elden Law and specializes in commercial litigation and insolvency and restructuring.
