Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi has opened an office in Shanghai.
Two of the firm’s lawyers—partner Toshihiro Maeda and counsel Takashi Nomura—will be resident in Shanghai. Maeda is a finance specialist with a focus on China, while Nomura works on China-related intellectual property matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
