Bai Yanchun specializes in initial public offerings and company restructuring matters for state-owned enterprises including PetroChina Co. Ltd., China Life Insurance Co. Ltd., State Grid Corp., Angang Steel Co. Ltd. and diesel engine maker Weichai Power Co. Ltd. He focuses particularly on the energy and infrastructure sector.
