Singapore firm Rajah & Tann has announced a merger with Vietnam’s LCT Lawyers.
LCT, which has 25 lawyers, handles litigation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate regulatory work and other matters, from offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Danang. The firm was previously a Vietnam joint venture partner with another Singapore firm, Allen & Gledhill, as well as Malaysia’s Zaid Ibrahim & Co.
