Prior to joining KhattarWong as a partner in 2011, Yuen had been a director at Singaporean firm Legal Solutions for two years and was also previously a partner at Shook Lin & Bok.

Su specializes in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring. She also previously worked at Shook Lin & Bok as a partner.

Yuen, Oo and Su were the last corporate partners at KhattarWong, leaving four consultants in the practice. A firm spokespersons did not immediately reply to a request for comment. The bulk of the firm’s corporate and securities partners left in 2011 to launch RHTLaw, which formed an exclusive alliance with Anglo-German firm Taylor Wessing in 2012.
