Indian firm Khaitan & Co has added two partners to its Mumbai and New Delhi offices.
Kartick Maheshwari joins the firm’s Mumbai office from the Singapore office of White & Case, where he was an associate. Maheshwari advises on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and corporate restructuring transactions, particularly in India and Indonesia. Before joining White & Case in 2011, he was a senior associate at AZB & Partners Mumbai office.
