Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s Beijing-based China antitrust head is leaving to join Chinese law firm Fangda Partners.
Michael Han, who will join Fangda’s Beijing office, advises on competition law aspects of cross-border mergers and acquisitions and also assists multinationals more generally with Chinese antitrust regulations and compliance.
