Squire Patton Boggs has merged with five-lawyer Mamiya Law Offices in Tokyo.
Corporate boutique Mamiya acts for clients on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and private equity deals. The firm, which has three partners, also advises on litigation and international arbitrations.
