Ashurst is adding an infrastructure partner to its Sydney office.
Angus Foley, currently a partner with Clayton Utz, will move to Ashurst in July. In April, he advised the government of New South Wales on a $2.76 billion deal which will see a consortium led by state-owned investment fund QIC Ltd. fund the construction of a nine-kilometer motorway tunnel near Sydney.
