Former Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe Asia managing partner Michelle Taylor has resigned from the firm to join Jones Day as partner in Hong Kong.
Taylor specializes in structured finance deals. In March, she advised Standard Chartered Bank, Citigroup, and Nomura as underwriters on a $500 million issue of covered bonds by Korea Housing Finance Corporation.
