Norton Rose has added Barbara Li, previously of Baker & McKenzie, to its Beijing office as a partner. In 2010, Li led a Baker & McKenzie team in advising American truck and tractor maker NC2 Global on a $193 million joint venture agreement with Chinese company Anhui Jianghuai Automobile to develop, manufacture and sell trucks and truck parts in China.
