New Delhi-based law firm Singh & Associates has entered into an alliance with Guangzhou firm Guangda Law Firm. 

The Indian firm is setting up an Indian law advisory desk in the Beijing office of Guangda. The non-exclusive alliance is the first of its kind between a Chinese and an Indian firm, and will help both firms engaged in more Sino-Indian cross-border work. Both firms have agreed to prioritize each other on referrals.
