Lateral Partner Departures: Firms with the Biggest Losses

These firms took the biggest hits. Dewey & LeBoeuf, which filed for bankruptcy last May, topped the list by a wide margin with 262 partners decamping for other Am Law 200 firms, as well as 18 departures to non-Am Law 200 firms. We list firms by the number of moves, and note the percentage of the partnership the departures represent, based on the number of average FTE partners on the most recent Am Law 200 report.
