Fish & Richardson has snatched two lawyers from Goodwin Procter’s intellectual property department, DAVID HOSP and MARK PUZELLA, who have regularly worked together for 13 years. The pair joined their new firm’s Boston office as principals this week in the intellectual property litigation group.

The two attorneys will continue to represent Aereo Group Inc. in a closely watched copyright case that pits the online television streaming company against mainstream television networks such as Fox Broadcasting Company, Disney/ABC Television Group, CBS Broadcasting Inc., which sued the Barry Diller–backed start-up last year over Aereo’s business model of making broadcast programs available on the Internet without paying licensing fees.
