* The total score was calculated by doubling the firm's revenue per lawyer and pro bono scores and adding those to the firm's associate satisfaction and diversity scores. In 2011 we changed our methodologies for Am Law 200 financials, the Pro Bono Survey, and the Diversity Scorecard. Financials are now based on average full-time-equivalent (FTE) counts of lawyers for the 2010 calendar year; the other two surveys look at head counts as of December 31, 2010.
