The plan administrator in MF Global Holding Ltd.'s Chapter 11 case is asking the court to cut $750,000 from a $3.75 million fee request Dewey submitted for six months of work as counsel to the commodities broker's unsecured creditors committee. This is the second time in two months that Dewey is being accused of charging excessive fees for work it completed on bankruptcy assignments before the firm itself went under.
