D. Thomas O'Riordan, a former London-based Paul Hastings litigation partner who shifted into the role of part-time consultant last year, has been suspended from practicing law for three years by a U.K. regulator following a determination that he had lied about his education and bar qualifications on his firm bio between 2007 and 2012. O'Riordan joined Paul Hastings from Cadwalader in 2009.
