Having failed on three separate occasions to take control of Aer Lingus Group, European discount airline Ryanair Holdings has now been ordered to reduce its stake in its Irish rival from 29.8 percent to 5 percent. Cadwalader's Alec Burnside is advising Aer Lingus, while Cleary Gottlieb is representing Ryanair.
