IBM turned to its longtime counsel Cravath, Swaine & Moore this week to advise on the company's acquisition of Israeli fraud protection and security software provider Trusteer for a sum reportedly close to $1 billion. The deal is the latest helping to establish Israel's emergence as a hub for cross-border transactional work in the technology sector.
