Kaye Scholer, Weil Help Guide USI Insurance Deal

Toronto-based private equity firm Onex Corporation has agreed to acquire USI Insurance Services from GS Capital Partners, the private equity arm of Goldman Sachs Group, in a deal valued at $2.3 billion.
