Reckitt Benckiser Group has offered to pay $1.4 billion to acquire vitamin and nutritional supplement company Schiff Nutrition International, topping the $1.2 billion bid made by Germany's Bayer AG last month. Paul Weiss is advising Reckitt, while Latham has been advising Schiff.
