Hogan Lovells Hired as Billionaire Seeks Sale of AEG

The Anschutz Company, a privately held holding company owned by billionaire Philip Anschutz, has retained Hogan Lovells to help explore a potential sale of its Anschutz Entertainment Group subsidiary, one of the world's leading presenters of sports and music events.
