Simpson Thacher & Bartlett has billed the federal government for nearly $100,000 in excess fees for work connected to the Troubled Asset Relief Program, according to a special inspector general's quarterly report released Wednesday. The report also details the TARP-related fees paid to 12 other Am Law 200 firms.
